The great thing about web sites is the amount of data you can get on browser behavior, page hits, search engine ranking, etc. It's a limited medium because of the short time that you can retain a viewer's attention. But with the increasing reach of broadband, it's becoming a multi-media channel.

On B2B sites like this one, information is the main reason people visit. I've tried to make it easy to find what you're looking for, and to keep the copy short and pungent. Like all good written communication, a web page is at heart a conversation. Here's my statement - what's your response?
