The length and scope of each assignment are defined up front, along with key milestones. A further degree of control is inherent in your position as “senior partner.” If we disagree on an issue, I will tell you so and attempt to persuade you to my point of view. If I fail to change your mind, I will “do it your way,” because ultimately this is your business.

Cost-Effective

If I can’t save you money on the total cost of a project by reducing the time billed by other vendors, negotiating print costs, etc., I will be able to maximize the return on your investments in R&D, marketing communications and marketing operations. Some of those returns may not show up on your balance sheet unless the company is sold, but they will have a positive impact on your bottom line.
